We will act if you hold copyright in material that has been reproduced on this Site without authorisation.
If AI-generated content on this Site creates a credible impression that it depicts you specifically — by combining your recognisable face, name, and/or biographical details — we will review and remove or modify the content. Under Indian law:
We acknowledge that AI image generation may occasionally produce faces that bear a resemblance to real individuals — this is a known limitation of generative AI, not intent. However, we take all resemblance complaints seriously. If you believe an AI-generated image on our platform creates a false impression of depicting you, submit a claim and we will investigate. We do not require you to prove deliberate intent — a credible resemblance claim is sufficient.
Any report suggesting that content on this platform depicts or could be interpreted as depicting a minor in a romantic or sexual context will be treated as our highest priority. We will remove such content immediately upon notification, conduct an internal review, and report to the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) / Cyber Crime Cell as required by law. This has a zero-tolerance, zero-delay policy.
Under Section 499 IPC / Section 356 BNS, if a story or scenario on our platform could reasonably be read as making a false statement of fact about a specific real individual in a way that harms their reputation, we will act promptly.

If we remove content in response to a notice you believe was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice stating: your identity, the URL of removed content, your good-faith belief that the removal was erroneous, and your consent to jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Filing false or bad-faith takedown notices may constitute an offence under Indian law (e.g., making a false statement to cause harm to another person under BNS). We reserve the right to reject notices that are clearly abusive or designed to censor legitimate content.
We will comply with valid orders from Indian courts and law enforcement agencies in accordance with the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules 2021, including blocking or removal orders under Section 69A IT Act. We will respond to such orders within legally mandated timelines.
